A RICH Hot Chocolate Mix Recipe

This is a very rich decadent Hot Chocolate Recipe! This is my go to Recipe....but the other recipe is a nice mild hot cocoa if you don't have the pudding and Instant Chocolate Drink Mix on hand. :)

Rich and Creamy Hot Cocoa

6 1/2 cups Powdered Milk
2 (5oz) pkg non-instant Chocolate Pudding
1 cup Instant Chocolate Drink Mix
1/2 cup Non-dairy Creamer (I use Caramel Macchiato or Peppermint Mocha)
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2/3 cup Cocoa Powder

In a large bowl, combine powdered milk, chocolate pudding mix, chocolate drink mix powder, creamer, powdered sugar, and cocoa. Divide the mixture between two 1 quart jars. Seal, and decorate if desired. These can be stored in a dry area for up to 3 months.

Attach a tag with the following instructions: Hot Cocoa: Dissolve 1/3 cup cocoa mix in 1 cup boiling water if you are giving these as Christmas Gifts.

Hot Cocoa Mix
5 cups dry powdered milk
1 1/4 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup Dutch cocoa

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, use a wire whisk to blend everything together well.Store in a large airtight container. To serve –add 1/4 cup of mix to a mug of hot water. Top with marshmallows and ENJOY!
